Soft stone needs a different approach
Indian sandstone and other soft, porous stone can be pitted or stripped by an aggressive lance. We identify the material first and use a gentler method where the stone needs it.

Surface & condition considerations
Cleaning lifts algae, moss and general grime from any patio material well — it doesn't reverse fading, correct drainage, or repair cracked or spalling stone.
| Paving material | Sandstone, slabs and porcelain all respond differently. Soft, porous stone needs lower pressure than concrete or porcelain. |

| Drainage | Standing water keeps a patio damp and speeds regrowth. Cleaning does not change the falls. |
| Sealing | Can help on some materials, but needs a genuinely dry surface — we'll discuss it rather than default to it. |

Which patio materials do you clean?
Indian sandstone, concrete paving slabs, porcelain and other natural stone. We identify the material at the assessment and set the method to suit it.
My patio is dangerously slippery — will cleaning sort it?
It should help considerably, since algae is usually the main cause. We can't promise a slip-free surface afterwards, particularly in shaded or damp corners.
What does patio cleaning cost?
We don't publish prices. Cost depends on the measured area, material, how much growth there is, and access for hoses and waste water. Send an enquiry and Kieran will talk it through with you.
Will you fix cracked or loose flags?
No — that's a separate repair job. We'll clean around any damage and tell you honestly what we find.
Should I have my patio sealed afterwards?
Sometimes it's worth it, often it isn't, and it needs a genuinely dry surface. We'd rather talk it through with you than add it as a default.
