What do you need from me on the day?
Access to an outside tap, the area reasonably clear, and somewhere sensible to park. Our equipment is petrol-powered so we don't need your electricity.
How long will it stay clean?
It depends on aspect and drainage more than the clean itself. A shaded, damp patio will green up again within a season; an open, sunny one can look good for a couple of years.
